It's time to Chill out & Heat up!

Whether or not you are familiar with Wim Hof (if not look him up. He’s an absolute legend), ice baths have been proven time and time again to have a myriad of benefits for your physical, mental, emotional and even spiritual health. 

We wanted to provide that experience for you at Mind Body Salt. Which is why we have created FIRE & ICE. 


Fire & Ice is 3 part session in which you will be transitioning through a mix of sessions in either the Infrared or Vibrosauna, the salt therapy room and then of course… an ice bath. 


This session will bring you out for your comfort zone and support your body in some deep detoxing and healing.

2 -10 minutes (just do your best)

Sauna

20 min private Infrared or Vibrosauna

Salt Therapy

20 mins in the warm Salt Cave

Let’s talk about the benefits of the ice bath because we all know this is the one that pushes your limits.
