We would like to address any concerns you may have about visiting Mind Body Salt at this time.
Our business relies on cleanliness that includes sanitisation and disinfected surfaces. We have revisited our cleaning and sanitation protocols to confirm we are using best practices in germ prevention.
The Centre for Disease Control (CDC) has advised..
"There is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans through the use of pools and hot tubs. Proper maintenance, and disinfection of pools and hot tubs should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19."
We're proactive to keep our customers and team members safe.
A reminder of our cleaning processes:
▪️We clean, sanitise, and surface disinfect the studio between each appointment.
▪️Medical Grade Hand sanitiser is located across all areas of the studio.
▪️Our salt therapy room’s “Germ prevention station” includes surface disinfectant and paper towel for additional client use.
▪️All guests are required to shower before entering the floats.
▪️The float water is filtered for a minimum of 20 minutes between every customer.
▪️Because the pod/pool has over 500kg+ of Epsom salt, the environment is not conducive for viruses and most bacteria to live.
▪️Bromeine is a hard wearing, slow release chlorine and is used to sanitise the float solution.
▪️We do a full clean and disinfection of all surfaces touched by customers between each float & vibrosauna sessions.
Those of you who have been into our studio know how clean we like to keep it!
We are committed to your wellbeing. Lowering stress and boosting your immune system is crucial right now. So please continue to float, sauna and salt and maintain self-care routines.
Our standard protocol with regards to contagious clients continues to be enforced. If you're diagnosed as contagious in any form, you are not able to attend the studio. Put simply, if you are feeling ill, please do not come in.
Any client that is on membership, subscription or a plan can suspend their program in this period without issue. The program will recommence at the request of the client. To implement this option please contact the studio via phone of email

General Use Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without any charge of no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
Late arrival may require us to shorten the length of your session, with full charges applied.
There are no refunds for gift vouchers, packages or memberships.
Packages cannot be shared – they are for one person only.

The treatments and services received at Mind Body Salt are intended for general purposes only and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical treatment. Guests will fully indemnify and hold harmless Mind Body Salt, its affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, agents, staff and suppliers from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with the Mind Body Salt treatments, services and/or facilities.
We recommend that no jewellery be worn at the Mind Body Salt premises. The management and staff accept no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the Mind Body Salt premises.
