With a background in yoga teaching, breathwork, and meditation, her work is known for its calm, thoughtful delivery — offering people practical tools for regulation, insight, and rest.

About our Sound Healing Sessions
Sound healing is a gentle yet powerful practice that uses vibration to support the body in coming back into balance. It has been used across many traditional cultures to regulate the nervous system, shift emotional states, and support the body’s natural repair processes.
In Tahlea’s sessions, you’ll be guided into stillness while crystal quartz singing bowls are played in a slow, intuitive sequence. Each bowl is tuned to a specific frequency, and these frequencies are known to interact with the body in measurable ways — calming the nervous system, softening the stress response, and bringing awareness to specific energy centres.
You may feel sensation in parts of the body that “respond” to the frequencies, particularly the crown of the head, the throat, fingertips, or heart centre. These sessions are deeply restorative and require no effort from you, just a willingness to spend some time in stillness and lean into the experiences.
