Am I solid matter or particles floating through time and space?

If I had a dollar for every time someone asked me this. Haha. But seriously, have you ever even thought of this concept? I know I didn't until I was introduced to Quantum Physics and then I just nerded out on it.

Because the fact of the matter is, we are NOT solid. Nothing is. Not the chair you're sitting on or the phone you're reading this from. It looks solid. It feels solid. But it ain't.

It's all energy. Vibrating at a deep subatomic level that we can't see with the naked eye.

Let's get a little sciencey for a second. The human body comprises of 9 systems: circulatory, digestive, endocrine, muscular, nervous, reproductive, respiratory, skeletal and urinary system.

Each of these 9 systems are made from tissues and organs. Within these tissues and organs are cells. These cells are made from molecules, and molecules contain atoms. Atoms are made up of subatomic particles and subatomic particles are made from energy. All vibrating. It's not science fiction. It's just science.

Energy can also be spoken about as frequency.

Animals, plants, rocks, food, water, humans, furniture, clothes, books, technology .....everything is energy. And everything is frequency.


It's mind blowing to think about isn't it?

We are each made up of so many different combo's of frequencies. So much so that we all have our own individual frequency code. Like a fingerprint. Our very own radio station if you will.

When our frequencies are out of balance, that energy works its way back up through the layers I spoke about above (from energy to subatomic particles to atoms to molecules to cells to tissues and organs) and we start to see physical, mental and emotional symptoms arise.

So what effects these imbalances? Glad you asked gorgeous. And don't want to overwhelm you but ... EVERYTHING effects them.

From the food we eat to the water we drink. The thoughts we have and the pains we experience. The medications we take and the air we breathe. Stress is a HUGE one that throws us out and this comes in so many we know. I right?!

So now that I've thrown that massive shit storm at you, how about some things to bring those frequencies IN to balance?!

Instead of writing you a list, I'm going to give you this little piece of wisdom. Ask yourself a question each time you make a choice.

"Is this going to serve me in a higher frequency of energy?"

So for instance, you're feeling low or just not yourself and you're about to make a choice. Which is going to serve you in bringing your frequency up? The greasy chips and burger or the veggie stir fry? The glass of wine or the coconut water? Binging Netflix or taking a short walk in fresh air or meditating?

We all have that small gap between what is presented to us an option and the choice we make. Use that gap to start practicing asking yourself this question (or your version of it) and your habits will organically change. AND imagine how much more AH-MAZING you'll feel and thrive in your life!!!! Living in a much higher frequency for your health and well being.
